Head of Sales (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

• Providing technical and managerial guidance, coaching, and professional development for our sales team
• Responsibility for achieving our revenue and growth targets
• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting
• Acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the DACH region and our international markets
• Further developing sales processes, CRM usage, and sales playbooks
• Managing and prioritizing strategic target customers and key accounts
• Working closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success
• Regularly reporting relevant sales metrics to senior management
• Supporting pricing strategies and the expansion of sales partnerships

What we are looking for:

• Several years of experience in a managing sales role in the B2B software sector
• Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling sales teams
• Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and software solutions that require detailed explanation
• Ideally, industry knowledge in the areas of process automation, low-code, integration, or the energy sector
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Strong customer focus and confidence in negotiating at the management level
• High level of initiative, results-oriented mindset, and strategic thinking
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales management
• Ideally, Experience in data management, data governance, process automation, low-code, integration, or related software solutions
• Very good command of German and English
